- to establish overall governance principles (TF 1.1)
- to establish the appropriate management structures for an efficient management across all 8 work packages (TF 1.2)
- to manage and control finances together with the University of Basel (TF 1.3)
- to prepare for and address intellectual property issues (TF 1.4)
- to establish the operating principles of the Executive Board (TF 1.5)
