In a public-private partnership (www.imi.europa.eu) PharmaTrain has identified 180 topics (Syllabus) that have been mapped to 60 Learning Outcomes – all relevant for practical application in medicines development.

Training Centres, which offer Diploma Courses, Master Programmes and CPD Modules/Short Courses under the PharmaTrain brand, guarantee the high PharmaTrain standards and undergo quality assessments.

PharmaTrain has assessed and awarded training centres that share the high-quality standards, the “PharmaTrain Centre Recognition” or “PharmaTrain Centre of Excellence”.
Competencies – development and recognition
PharmaTrain has established the concept for structured competence development in medicines development leading to a “Specialist in Medicines Development” (SMD), based on PharmaTrain recognised courses and coached on-the-job training.
